Terms of Service

Draft — last updated 25 July 2026. These terms govern your use of Barvero, operated by Aero Studio. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Barvero provides booking-website and business-management tools for barbershops. We may update features over time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and the accuracy of the information and customer data you enter. You must have the right to store any customer information you add.

3. Subscription & billing

  • The Founding Barber plan is A$50 per month, billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and may include or exclude GST as indicated at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including not to:

  • break the law or infringe others’ rights;
  • upload harmful, misleading or unlawful content;
  • attempt to access another business’s data or bypass security.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and customer data you provide. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it to operate the service.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where permitted, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it.

8. Termination

You may stop using Barvero at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We will not delete your business data automatically on cancellation; see the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
